Month: February 2012
Just thought I’d show some images from the opening night and the wonderful work exhibited at The ‘Curious Duke’ – the exhibition is still running until the 9th March. (Check website for information on opening times ect) http://www.premiereart.co.uk/current-exhibitions/
Last week I answered a callout from Amelia Gregory to create a Fashion Illustration for Pam Hogg’s LFW 2012 collection:
So last night was the long awaited opening of ‘Style’ -Fashion Illustration show at ‘The Curious Duke’ Gallery – it was a brilliant evening and the work displayed is of such a high standard: every illustrator has very strong, individual handwriting.
The exhibition is on until the 9th March so I would strongly reccomend paying it a visit!
I’m really excited about displaying my work at the Premier Art ‘Style’ Fashion Illustration exhibition, the opening night is Feb 23rd (6-9) and it runs until 9th March 2012:
Here are a few new illustrations which I shall be turning into greeting cards or using at repeat patterns! I’m loving bags at the moment :
Last week visited the Grant Museum of Zoology in Euston; founded in 1828 it is the only remaining university Zoological museum in London.
I’d definately recomend paying it a visit, it’s sparked off so many ideas for new phantasmagorical creatures which will be incorporated into my quirky designs :).
