I went away on a small break to Barcelona from Mon-Fri and spent Fri-Sun staying with my best friend in Leeds.

The sun and sights of Barcelona along with the quirky little Tea Rooms in Leeds have certainly re-energised my creativity and I am now just making a plan of what I intend to acheive my creative work in the following weeks.

Space Doll Neckscarf Print.

Posted on Updated on

Today the printed fabric arrived for a neckscarf which I’ve been working on for a client and it looks fantastic, the colours have come out so well and the print looks so bold! the design is just under 1.5mtrs Square and has been printed onto silk cotton, now all that I need to do is get the edges hemmed and stitch some pink tassles onto the ends (I’m planning on making a trip to Brick Lane tomorrow to choose some trimmings).

I got my design digitally printed at The Glasgow School of Art and I will definately be using them again! http://www.catdigital.co.uk/pages/

Dapper Panda 2

I took a few hours out of my day today to keep developing these new character Fashion Illustrations, here is no 2 :

Dapper Panda.

Posted on Updated on

I’ve had some lovely little daytrips recently and have been inspired to create a new menswear Fashion Illustration collection: based around the dapper chappers in the small tailors in Kensington, here is my first drawing (which I aim to develop further) – maybe have the same character in a different attire.
