Fashion Illustration Classes
I’m currently teaching a Saturday morning class in Fashion and Character Illustration at the Rosetta Art Centre in Stratford……..I started the class with a few 1 minute illustrations inspired from magazine cut-outs which the children then worked into adding colour, detailing and collage (I feel the fast illustrations are great for getting the creative juices flowing).
What a productive morning it was, my class are so creative and talented!
New Dolls for my ‘Surreal Fashion Doll’ Collection
Here are my 2 newest pieces (I now have 5 pictures in this range, I aim to create another 5 in the coming weeks)……………a pink pangolin in a beret and a green flamingo in a bowtie and bowler hat………….what next?!
New Surreal Fashion Dolls – development
I’ve had a busy few weeks……lots of teaching and freelancing, so apologies for not updating as much as usual.
I thought I’d share my new pieces with you (these were exhibited at my recent solo exhibition at The Mori and Stein Gallery) – I managed to record the development process with my Blue haired lady……………..
