Engagement commission
Here’s a peep at an engagement commission I did of this gorgeous couple….it was so much fun to do & a real pleasure learning their story from their best best friend who commissioned me.
I worked on this piece over the Christmas period but haven’t shown anything until now as didn’t want to spoil the surprise….
I’m currently taking commissions for personalised portraits & wedding gifts.

Meaningful Little Birds
On New Years Eve I started some little paintings onto pages from a story book from 1860. The book was one of my late Step Fathers, he collected many antiques & vintage books. This one was dormant at the bottom of a wardrobe so I instantly felt the need to create something from it to be cherished.
My Mum’s house is full of ethnic dolls & ornaments so I drew little birds inspired from the ornaments around me. This image evokes so many different forms of nostalgia & comfort to me….now to develop them further……..
A1 Bespoke Prints
Last week I had three A1 Giclee prints delivered from Harwood King they look wonderful at this scale and exquisite on Archival Paper…all I need to do now is hand finish with some gold acrylic paint.
I’ll be getting these large scale pieces framed and will go on to exhibit at Debut Contemporary Gallery – in the mean time they are available to purchase in A4, A3, A2 & A1 sizes from my Etsy shop
