About, Commissions and Exhibitions

Veronica Rowlands is a playful and exuberant London based Artist.

Veronica graduated with a 1st Class Honours Degree in Surface Pattern Design from the University of Wales in 2009 and has been working as an Artist since.

Veronica has exhibited her work in numerous group and solo exhibitions throughout London, with paintings in the collections of private UK based and international collectors. She has carried out illustration commissions for organisations including: the NHS, ‘Potential Productions’, ‘Healthy Planet’ and a hoarding commission for ‘Taylor Wimpey’.

Vintage Dolls have been the main muse of her personal work for several years and she is now exploring attachment to transitional objects and the notion of finding a universal trigger for the ‘inner child in adults’. Her background in textile design and illustration allows her to be explorative and create cutting-edge results through use of process.
