Miss V Designs
This little Birthday card design is ideal for anyone like me who feels retro, kitsch designs have more character than anything else in the whole universe…..
Like father, like son….
Quite a few people have asked me if I’ll be making any more cushions, the first lot were being made by a company and only available online, however I am now in talks with a factory and will be getting a bulk made up.
They cost £30 each and are made on gorgeously soft vegan friendly fabrics, if you think you’d like one please let me know which design you’d like so I can get an idea of numbers to order 🙂
…They’ll take several weeks to come through as I need to get some labels made up etc. X

I’ve covered my bedroom walls in my framed Fashion Doll prints and , they go perfectly with the floral Pip Studio bedding and quirky ornaments in my room…………….my room truly is my little castle!
I am over the moon to have confirmed a start date on the prestigious artist mentoring scheme Debut Contemporary! I officially start workshops at the end of May and exhibition will follow shortly after.
I have lots to be keeping me busy in the mean time; finalising and framing my ‘Fashion Doll’ originals and looking for sponsers/funding…….all very exciting!
I’ve only just seen that a Fashion Illustration I created for Kelly Moore’s bag range was featured in Amelia’s Magazine on Wednesday………. have a looksie:
Here are my 2 newest pieces (I now have 5 pictures in this range, I aim to create another 5 in the coming weeks)……………a pink pangolin in a beret and a green flamingo in a bowtie and bowler hat………….what next?!
I’ve had a busy few weeks……lots of teaching and freelancing, so apologies for not updating as much as usual.
I thought I’d share my new pieces with you (these were exhibited at my recent solo exhibition at The Mori and Stein Gallery) – I managed to record the development process with my Blue haired lady……………..
I’m working hard expanding my Surreal Fashion Doll collection…… to keep these Dolls company:
I’ve been creating some 1 minute, timed drawings inspired from my favourite looks, then adding life and character to them with collage and and colour, I find this so therapeutic and a great warm up before starting on large, more refined pieces.
